1) What are the advantages of the media of ISPO MUNICH?
The ISPO MUNICH media (ISPO MUNICH app, Online Catalog, Official Catalog and Official Planner) offer excellent possibilities to successfully present your company, products and brands and decisively increase your transactions and contacts.

The Online Catalog assists the visitors to prepare their show attendance in advance. The list of exhibitors on is used as an important research tool and provides year-round search possibilities for your company, brands, and products. With your entries you are able to create an additional platform for the presentation and marketing of your products and best sales opportunities year-round.

2) What is a basic entry?
The basic entry in the media of ISPO MUNICH is obligatory to ensure that all participating companies and brands are represented in the exhibitor database and in the Official Catalog.
This obligatory entry includes a listing in the alphabetical exhibitor index with company name, hall/stand, address, phone/fax, Internet/e-mail address, listing of all brands in the brand index (ISPO MUNICH app, Online Catalog and Official Catalog), 10 single-line entries in the product index (ISPO MUNICH app and Online Catalog) and a web link to the company homepage. It costs EUR 523 + VAT and is paid with your admission invoice.

3) In which format do we have to send you our logo?
In case you wish to have one or more logos for your entries in the ISPO MUNICH media, please send them via email to
We need your data in one of the following formats:

  • .eps (preferred), .tiff, .jpg or bmp
  • 25mm x 16mm
  • 800 dpi
  • CMYK or b/w

The size of the image will be stipulated by ISPO MUNICH Media Services.

4) Which format specifications do I have to observe when creating an advertisement for the ISPO MUNICH catalog?
Please deliver the advertisement data as Xpress, Freehand, Illustrator, or PDF file. Please include a bleed of 3 mm on all sides as well as an adhesive binding of 6 mm for the catalog.

5) How can I be found in the alphabetical list of exhibitors under a further name or letter?
When booking please indicate under which letter/keyword you would like to be listed in the alphabetical list of exhibitors. Should you wish to have an entry under an additional letter/keyword, i.e. a brand name, please indicate under "Entry under additional name". If you want a further entry with different address data please choose a "Complete additional entry".

6) How can I be sure that my entries are correct?
Within two or three days after the receipt of your booking ISPO MUNICH Media Services will send you a proof as a booking confirmation. In case the entries indicated are incorrect, please send the confirmation back to us with all necessary corrections. Afterwards you will receive another booking confirmation, which allows you to check your data again.

7) I do not get along with the online booking. Can I send you my data unaccompanied by any forms?
Of course you can send us all the necessary information for your entries by e-mail to or by fax to +49 89 666166-39. We will send you a confirmation with an overview of your entries and the costs, on which you can make corrections if necessary.

8) How can I get an overview of the costs of my bookings?
After having received your booking, we will send you a confirmation within 2 to 3 days by fax or e-mail which contains a detailed overview about the costs of your bookings.

9) I would like to book my last year's entry for the current ISPO MUNICH. Do I have to fill in all the forms again?
You do not have to complete all the forms again. Please contact us by phone or e-mail and tell us that you want to repeat your entry from the previous year. We will send you a booking confirmation after we have processed your order.

10) Am I able to correct my online booking later?
You can correct your online booking as long as ISPO MUNICH Media Services is not processing your order. Your order is blocked while we handle your data. You can modify your entries again after you have received the confirmation.
